Shipment

Our packages are delivered by the parcel service providers DHL, UPS or DPD. You will find out which service provider will ship your order after the package has been handed over, via a notification sent to the email address you have provided. Delivery to packing stations is only possible with DHL. Your goods are usually delivered nationally 1-2 working days after receipt of payment, which is why we do not offer express shipping. International orders are usually delivered within 3-4 working days after receipt of payment .

Would you like to return your item? No problem! Please make sure that no more than 14 days have passed between the day you received the package and the day you returned it. Returning the item is very easy for you. Please pack the unwanted item very securely and send it back to the address below. Please enclose a note with your billing information with the return. We expressly point out that we can only accept and credit unused goods in their original packaging. Only then can we refund the purchase price. Please ensure that your shipment is sufficiently stamped.
